Definition: (1) The belt is a classic weapon in War. It can be used in close combat where you can whip them. In modern warfare the belt is only used if the soldier runs our of ammo for his gun.... (2) The belt is a type of way to feed large quantities of ammo into a machine gun. The belt is extremely useful. It can carry as much ammo as long as the belt is still there. As long is there is a belt the shooter doesn't have to stop to reload. The bad thing is the user can't run with the gun. Guns that use this kind of ammo system are called Heavy Machine Guns or the HMG. HMG's have a feed mechanism which are drivin by the recoil motion of the bolt.
